Good rooms in a nice hotel. Carew tower was at a short distance. We really enjoyed to have evening drinks at jeff ruby's steakhouse, based nearby.

I tried some drinks at wine bar Jeff Ruby's Steakhouse, located 5 minutes walk away. Located in a downtown neighborhood. I enjoyed this hotel's staff and location. My stay was great, would be happy to recommend this property to family.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with lots of attractions within walking distance. It is right across from the public library where lots of people hang out all day, and it's convenient to anything downtown, like the theater. The rooms are spacious and clean, with the option of having a balcony. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They offer a free shuttle service to local attractions.
Some areas of the hotel, like the lobby, have an odd odor.

Staffs working in the hotel were all kind. The room with two bedrooms was huge. Free city transport service was really convenient. Cafe Martin was great.

Spacious rooms, great location near restaurants and entertainment venues. The hotel also offers a shuttle service. Our room had a fully equipped kitchenette which was perfect for a long-term stay.
Outdated furnishings and decor in the rooms. The TV was of poor quality, with an old picture tube.

I visit Cincinnati for a few my students participating the World Piano Competition and consider this hotel as most convenient for this event because I can take the student/s with me, my digital piano and do not depend from the payed practice room in Hillton. The great location in the center of downtown near Aaronoff Halll; the suit style with the extra space and kitchen, affordable price.

The suite design. It's nice to have a separate space for sleeping and relaxing.
Most hotels have HDTV. I know that the TVs are newer but cable channels did not seem to be in HD.
